A: Vehicles
Most people, like myself, seem to take sound, or more accurately, ambient sound, for granted. All the hard-body vehicles around us in this modern era do have their own special sound. From the sound itself, kids can distinguish which vehicles move fast or moderately; which of them are heavy and big, or small and relatively "light." The stereo of the book allows us to have a realistic sound effect as if the vehicles are moving across. Ben Grossblatt, the author, must have done quite a thorough research on all of the vehicles. He covers all kinds, from those on the road, to those on the rail, on and under the water, within and beyond our atmosphere. The vehicles are drawn in precise perspectives, realistic color and graphic, complete with its shade and shine. In each page, Grossblatt includes explanation bubbles that point to the exact location of vehicles' parts that our young curious readers aren't yet familiar with. This book is eye- and ear- opening. Kids will love to flip the pages back and forth. It is definite must-have book to have, to learn, to read, and to keep.

C: Amazing Sound with wide array of vehicles
I played with this book in store, and was very impressed. The sound has two speakers one on ea side of the book when it is opened, and it sounds like you are listening in surround sound. The different vehicles include a race car, dump truck, tug boat, motorcycle, cement mixer and more. I have another book similar to this, but this one is much nicer. I actually liked all three of the books, the dinosaur, and the animals. My son is just more into the vehicles. It also has batteries you can replace, and the illustrations are nice, with explanations, and matching numbers that correspond. The quality of the cover thickness is nice, my son really likes this, he's 3 1/2. This makes story time fun, and educational.
